A Big Thank you!

I want to thank all of the parents that came with us on our field trip. We couldn't do it without you. I know that it means a lot to your children when you are with them. THANKS AGAIN!!! Love, Ms. Jodie I just figured out how to do the slide show. I hope you enjoy watching it!

Getting Rid Of Germs

Today we talked about how germs are spread and where we can find them. We decided that washing our hands was the best way we can get rid of germs. After our work was done everyone got a wipee and washed away germs in our preschool. They had so much fun doing this we could have done it the whole class time.

Fire Station Fieldtrip

Just a reminder that our fieldtrip to the Fire Station is coming up.

Fire Safety

Today we learned about fire safety. We had a fire drill, talked about stop, drop and roll, and we dressed up like firemen and climbed ladders to save teddy bears. We learned about good fires and bad fires and we talked about how we never play with matches. We covered alot but we had fun!

Doctor Day

We talked about going to the doctor today and we learned about some of the instruments that the doctor uses. We made stethoscopes and listened to each others heart beat. Some children even looked into each others eyes. We had a fun time.

We had a fun Easter party. We made Easter baskets that we took outside and used for our Easter egg hunt. We wore bunny masks and some of the children even turned into bunnies and were hopping around. We passed out lots of yummy treats! I hope everyone has a Happy Easter.

Picture Reminder

We will be having our preschool pictures on Thursday of next week, April 16. Please come and get your picture taken even if you are not going to purchase them, so that you can be in the class picture. Morning class: 1:00-1:30
Afternoon: 1:30-2:00
If you cant come at your scheduled time you may make arrangements for another time. If you have any questions please let me know.

Easter Party

Wed. April 8 is our Easter party. You may bring treats to share with the class if you would like, but you do not have to. We will be having an Easter egg hunt during class. It should be alot of fun! See you then.
