Christmas Program 2009

We had our Christmas program at South Jordan Library. Everyone did a great job on their parts and on their songs. I was so proud of you. Everyone looked so cute in their Christmas pajamas!! Thanks for doing such a good job. I only have some pictures from afternoon class my camera died. When I get morning I will post them. Thank you for all of your support. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. We will have class on Monday and then classes will start again Jan. 4, 2010.

Corduroy

Brody and Kylie had fun with Corduroy this week.Coming back to preschool he even jumped into a mud puddle.

December Bulletin Board

We talked about the gingerbread man for letter "G". We had fun making gingerbread men for our bulletin board. See if you can find your childrens.

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday Brody! He is four now. He now has his own internet that he brought to school to show us.

Corduroy

Jacob and Ellie took Corduroy home and had lots of fun with him. He went shopping, colored a picture, and he even got to go to the festival of tress.

Christmas Program

Our Christmas program will be Wed. Dec. 16. It will be at South Jordan Library. The Afternoon class will be from 5:30-6:30 and the morning class will be 7:00-8:00.p.m. The preschool children may wear pajamas for the program. Everyone is doing real good on their parts. Keep practicing. We only have 5 more preschool days until our program. Thanks for all of your help.

Spotlight

Dylan was our afternoon spotlight. He has 2 sisters and one brother. He likes to eat sandwiches, and play with cars. His favorite color is green.

Tyler was our morning spotlight. He has one brother and one sister. He loves mac and cheese, waffles, play dough, going to Moab, and baseball games.

Corduroy

D'Layne had a lot of fun with Corduroy. He ate lots of turkey for Thanksgiving. He rode the trax train and he went and looked at Christmas lights. He even got new pajamas.

Elf On A Shelf

Today we started Elf on a Shelf. This little elf hides in our preschool room and watches to see if we are being naughty or nice. Everyday he is hiding in a new place. Today we found him hiding on the fireplace. I am glad to tell you that everyone was really good!!

Kelsey and Dane both had Corduroy this week. He loved playing dress ups, having stories read to him, and having sleep overs.

Getting Ready For Thanksgiving

Today we worked hard on our Thanksgiving vest that we are going to wear Wed. You may bring any kind of finger food for our feast. I want to thank everyone for all of your help that you give me I really appreciate it!

Afternoon Spotlight

Jackson was our spotlight in the afternoon. He has 2 sisters, and 1 brother. He loves trains and he loves "dot com".

Letter "H"

We are on the letter H now. These are a few of the things we had for show and tell today. A horse, hat, Helium balloon from Harmons, horned owl and hula hoops. good thinking you guys!

Madison had a lot of fun with Corduroy this week. She had some really cute pictures with him playing dress ups and he got to go to a birthday party. Thanks for taking good care of him.

Jacob L. was our morning spotlight. He loves camping, spending time with his family, playing dominoes, making sugar cookies, cars, pizza, and the color green.

November 11, 2009

Today we made Indian necklaces for our Thanksgiving feast. We will make a head band and an Indian vest also. I will keep them at school and we will wear them at our party, then you can take them home. We have been learning Indian sign language also. I sent the parts home for our Christmas program. Please help your children memorize them. We will also work on them in class. Thanks for all you do and for all of your support.

Spotlight

Kylie was our spotlight today. She loves camping, sledding, dance and making cookies. Her favorite treat is fruit roll ups, she brought some and shared them with the whole class. Thanks Kylie

D'Layne was our spotlight today. She loves boating, mas and cheese,and the color pink. Her brothers name is Austin and she has a dog named Buddy.

Corduroy

Brock had a lot of fun with Corduroy this week. They got to have lunch with Brocks dad,and have a movie day. His favorite movie was Horton Hears A Who. Brock even gave him some new clothes.

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday D'Layne! She brought us a fun birthday treat. Her and her Grandma made little hamburgers. They use vanilla wafers and a mint patty with green coconut. This kids loved them thanks!

November Bulletin Board

I cant believe that it is November already. Where did Oct. go? We are talking about shapes, numbers, and Thanksgiving. Today we made turkeys for our bulletin board. We wrote on the feathers what we are thankful for.

Corduroy

Tyler had a lot of fun with Corduroy. They built a snowman, went to the airport and saw lots of planes, and Corduroy helped hand out Halloween candy, he even came to our preschool Halloween party!

Halloween Parties!

We had a lot of fun at our party today. Madison brought all of us a big pumpkin to decorate from her Grandmas pumpkin patch. We had lots of treats and everyone looked so cute in their costumes. I want to thank everyone that helped with party you are awesome!!

Corduroy

Georgie has a lot of fun with Corduroy this week. She liked to dress him up, sleep with him, and he even wore his seat belt in the car. Good job Corduroy! Thanks Georgie for taking good care of him.

Natalie's Birthday

Happy Birthday Natalie!! Natalie shared a witch birthday cake with us, a goodie bag, and she gave us a bracelet to wear with her name on it. In Mexico it is a tradition for all of the children at the birthday party to wear a bracelet. Thanks Natalie!

Spotlight

Mallorie was our afternoon spotlight today. Mallorie's grandpa works at the fire station. She likes to ride her princess scooter, read books, play dress up, and help her mom cook dinner.

Spotlight

Brock was our spotlight in the morning class. He likes soccer, cars, games, fishing, elephants, baseball, pizza, books, and he loves going to the cabin.

We are so scary!

Today we made a purple frankenstien masks. When we went out to the cars we tried to scare our parents. We also made spiders out of ding dongs, licorice, and m&m's for the eyes, thanks to D'Layne and her mom. We had a lot of fun making them.

Corduroy

Jacob had lots of fun with Corduroy this week. Corduroy got some new clothes that he is wearing and he even got to pick out a pumpkin.

Cabelas

We went to Cabelas today for our field trip. It was so much fun. We saw lots of animals, fish, and we even got to shoot guns at the shooting gallery. Thank you so much to all of the parents for coming with us and helping us out. We couldn't do field trips without your help. Thanks again!
